Treasure Isle DSK-3543 out of Jamaica.  I found this record in a bin at the Shibuya Disc Union in Tokyo Japan in 1996. I remember it well.  It was slightly more expensive than what I had budget to pay for at the time, but I made the leap. 
It survived a downsizing of my record collection in 1997 to pay for some things..  I once had to ask for it back from a girl I had lent it to.. a "I want my tshirt back" type request.
It survived my college years and many moves around the country. Still one of my favorites and a treasured item in my home.
