Us + Utopia = Us-Topia Our utopia, or rather the utopia in us. A utopia that we will create together through sharing and union. US-TOPIA responds to the need to make emerging artists from the electronic scene interact with each other: Melodic House & Techno / Breakbeat / Italo Disco / Nu Disco / Indie Dance / Techno Disco / Progressive Techno / Ambient... from all over the world and to create thus opportunities for cultural and musical exchange. Us-Topia is a network of people who collaborate for the purpose of musical culture through showcase events in which to host the artists who will join, thus favoring the musical diffusion and the knowledge of the artists themselves in ever new audiences.  Us-Topia is a music label that will host in its catalog (and in that of other associated labels) the tracks created by the artists who will join the project, it will also propose sets in the form of podcasts in which artists will be able to select music in total expressive freedom , respecting the various genres mentioned above. Us-Topia wants to be a happy oasis, where you can feel at home. An imaginary enclosure in which the artist can finally express himself in total freedom. A square where artists and users can meet and establish a constructive dialogue for both.

The label head Di Rugerio presents his new EP titled Komte inspired by the famous Cala Comte in Ibiza seen from a Melodic Techno perspective, this new material contains two brand new original tracks oriented to the dance floor for their energy and dynamism.

Komte with a progressive bassline and a robust kickdrum at the beginning while a hypnotic and catchy sequence appears on the scene and thus the drums begin to be more dynamic and powerful analog riffs are heard in the background and thus a melody with finely synthesized sounds stands out in the break with distinguished cut off filters that will blow your mind.

Red Sky is a totally energetic track from start to finish, with a bassline that catches you with its vibrations and with a very versatile drum that provides perfect accompaniment with a powerful kickdrum and percussions that give it an elegant rhythm and thus an attractive line. melodica emerges with impetuous analogue sounds of the Moog while a synthesized vocal emerges in different spaces, reaching the break with an intoxicating sequence with different changes in its filters and returning to the rhythm in an explosive way.

Dive into the dynamic world of Hasan Ghazi, a Toronto-based DJ and producer known for his compelling fusion of techno and house. As the founder of Reckoning Records, Hasan has established himself as a significant presence in the electronic music scene. His innovative approach has garnered attention from industry giants like Paul Van Dyk.

Hasan's journey in music traces back to his childhood, inspired by his father's piano playing. His early exposure to both Western and Eastern musical ideologies, especially during his travels between Canada and Pakistan, significantly influenced his sound. By his late teens and early 20s, Hasan was actively developing his unique style, collaborating with artists at the forefront of the Pakistani electronic music scene.

In 2014, Hasan's career took a pivotal turn when he ventured to China, spending six years DJing in top underground clubs like the Mansion & Downtown in Shanghai and Lantern in Beijing. His performances include notable appearances at the Yin Yang Music Festival on the Great Wall of China in 2018 and 2019.

Returning to Toronto in 2020, Hasan redefined his sound, leading to multiple Beatport hits and recognition from international radio stations. This period also saw the birth of his label, Reckoning Records, allowing him creative freedom and self-expression. 

Hasan's music is characterized by infectious grooves, hypnotic melodies, and compelling rhythms that continue to put a smile on the faces of his listeners worldwide.
