Robsoul welcome old friends and new for ‘Ready For This’, a beautiful four track US house exploration. Jesusdapnk is a long-time familiar of the label who should need no introduction. Good friend James Juke is a little shorter in the tooth, having only just broken through in the last few years, but he’s packing timeless groove heat with a promising future ahead of him.

‘Mas Devino’ takes the lead with warm filtered fluctuations and a bubblesome vibe that eases us in with subtlety and grace while the title track ‘Ready For This’ takes us even deeper into the groove with an ageless homage to the foundation west coast sound.

For a final slice of pie we’re wooed into woozy submission with the dreamy tones and feels of ‘Say It Like You Mean It’. So dope they had to put their own individual spins on it, both Jesus and James wrap in soulful style. Play it like you feel it.
