Gaff Records' debut compilation celebrates the essence and heart of why this label exists. Founder JuliosMap began his journey into the psytrance scene in 2016 by organizing the Psychedelic Gaff parties. As a tribute to those unforgettable nights, the compilation is titled '𝘗𝘴𝘺𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘤 𝘎𝘢𝘧𝘧'.

In Irish slang, "gaff" refers to a house or a place where people gather, embodying the spirit of community and connection these events have fostered.

This release features a collection of tracks from artists who have performed at the Psychedelic Gaff parties, bringing together a blend of groove and psychedelia. A huge thank you to all the artists for their incredible contributions, perfectly capturing the energy envisioned for the dance floor.

Here is the new Dacru Records mix by INSIGNIA.

Ruben Rocha is born and raised in Portugal, a country with a long and rich Psy-Trance tradition. His first contact with the music and the events happend back in 2000 when his curiosity and passion for the culture were startled. Around 2005 he started practising his dj set and in 2009 he took his first producer steps with the Noise Bomb project which later was transformed into Insignia. Today Ruben resides in Mexico City where he quickly became a houehold name in the scene. He played regularly on indoor and outdoor events, big and small. His melodic full on quickly got picked up by Dacru Records and after releasing in many volumes of the Uncharted compilation series, he has now joined the label officially on a long term base. Ruben is also the man behind his lower bpm side project Euphorya.

Dacru Records is a Belgian psytrance label. The label boosts a strong selection of artists, from major names with a 20 year career under the belt to younger promising talents. The rosters includes names like U-Recken, Talamasca, DigiCult, Spirit Architect, Tropical Bleyage, Bitkit, E-Mov, Electric Universe, Aquila, Overdrive, A-Tech, Transient Disorder and more. The aim is to release timeless music with a strong emphasis on the psychedelic and melodic.
Besides being a record label Dacru has also been making a name as event promoter with over 80 events since 2001, that’s a whole of a lot of experience that goes into organizing quality productions. The events have taken place all over Belgium, from The Netherlands to Germany and even in exotic places as Thailand and include big and small indoor events, open air festivals, bus trips, 11 day pop up clubs and more. Some of the party lines include Organic Dreams, Tribal Roots, After Sunrise and Nova’s Incident open air.

DJ Havaya - behind this nickname stands Robert Barejko, a Warsaw DJ, promoter and party organizer. Just like many others, he fell in love with psychedelic trance right after discovering this amazing genre of music, in 2001. A few years later, in 2007, together with his friend Daniel aka No Logic, they founded Epilepsy Crew which was created to promote twilight psytrance and artists of the subgenre. As Epilepsy Crew they organized parties with artists such as Neuromotor, Painkiller, Lost & Found & Scorb, just to name a few. Havaya is also a member of Mystic Art Events Crew and 3D Vision Recordings as a label DJ. 
His style is a mixture of night time psychedelic trance coming straight from labels such as 3D Vision, Mechanik Rec, Trick Music and others, which release twilight and twisted sounds. Day or night - you can always expect him to deliver powerful psytrance and faultless mixing technique
