This soundtrack can be heard in Vinland Saga Season 2 Episode 22 as Thorfinn is about to go negotiate with king Canute. Though first he has to endure 100 punches to gain respect of Canute´s soldiers so they let him see the king.

Vinland Saga Season 2 Episode 22 OST (Cover) | 100 Punches

Today’s #MusicalMinute, again, sees two of the sustained notes changed.  For me, the mood became darker, inspiring a slow descending motif in the lower strings.  It feels like the music is drawing us down a predetermined and predictable path to oblivion.  Perhaps I’ve been watching too many news bulletins!  Anyway, the plan is working and the adventure continues.  What do you think? 🤔
