I love myself.  I love my mind, my body and my spirit.  I am special.  I am unique.  I am one of a kind.

I am alive.  I am appreciating this very moment.  I take time to connect with myself every day.  I reflect on who I am.

I love myself.  I pay attention to my needs.  I am more authentic every single day.  I like who I am and I am true to who I am.

I care for myself.  I give myself what I need, when I need it.  I listen to my inner wisdom and follow my heart.   I value myself and it shows.

I value my opinions.  I live according to my values.  I have so much love to offer.

I love myself more every day.  I recognize what my needs are.  I take great care of myself.  I give myself the best I have to give.

I am a friend to myself.  I take time to reflect on how I’m doing.  I celebrate my strengths.  I celebrate my victories.  I fill myself with encouragement.

I love myself.  I monitor my emotions.  I monitor my thoughts.  I monitor my body.  I care for my health in every way.

I am generous to myself.  I nourish my mind, I nourish my body and I nourish my spirit. I care for myself in new and exciting ways.

I know myself more each day.  I value myself more each day.  I live with a great sense of who I am.  I believe in myself.  I understand myself.

I love myself.  I love my mind, my body and my spirit.  I love me, I am good to me and I love myself more every day.
