This gentle yet powerful meditation aligns us to the moments of our life, and the creation of them. 
As I took the meditation myself in the days following  Zac’s channelling of it, I felt a profound sense of being held, of balance and focus. A subtle ‘lifting up’ as I experienced the possibilities laid before me whilst feeling a deep sense of peace and love from the Universe. Extraordinary. 

The energy encoded within the meditation is palpable, no doubt attuning to the needs of the listener/experiencer. For myself I felt it act as a bridge, carrying me easily forward through the transitions and transformations. 

Zac leads us on a journey of energy and feeling rather than visualisation. Music to the ears of those who find visualisation challenging! For those who are predominantly visual it is likely colours and your own imagery may arise from the energy and Zac’s words too. 

This is a meditation to enjoy for sure, it feels luxurious as we travel deep within and step in to the potential of the moments of our lives. There are opportunities  for cleansing moments, for creation of the new, of extending and stretching moments, all whilst being infused and empowered by the experience. Utilising the power of the heart, the Universe (and Zac) come to our aid walking us in to a future with grace and kindness by our sides, leaving  ‘goodness in our wake’. Glorious.

I will leave you with some words from Zac, imparted you will hear more than once during the meditation. He says this is a truth of our time, as  ‘the time has come’ is the theme for this meditation I felt these words echo deep within my soul… I wonder how you will feel when exposed to them during the meditation too? As Zac would say, perhaps something to ponder on…

Zacs Back!! Our first live Zac Chat with Zac for over a year - Janet, Zac and I are over the moon!! We know many of you will be de-lighted to hear from our ever-loving, eva-lating Zac once again! 

I honestly think Zac is as pleased to be back as we are to reconnect with him in this way again! Especially as he has been given the Green Light to disclose further levels of supportive information to assist humanity as we evalate! For those of you who have known Zac during the last decade, I think you will agree this one of the most informative, practical and punchy transmissions that Zac's shared with humanity to date!
 
Our upbeat conversation will nourish tender hearts and souls and help everyone to realize that 'unpredictable and volatile' doesn't always mean bad. In this case, despite the likelihood of civil unrest, is actually looking positive overall for the majority of humanity!! We speak of Lockdowns, Revolution, People Power, Overtaking, Defiance, Zacs perspective is essential listening.

We certainly have had a very 'energetic' month with major astrological movements, the Mars-Pluto conjunction in Aquarius with its impulse for social change and technological advancements and tremendous increases in solar energy. In addition, as many will be aware of.  Zac, reveals more about what are the strongest potentials for us, given all we have achieved so far (even though it might not always look like it on the surface) and how we can prepare ourselves mentally, physically and energetically. We also explore how we can be of significant practical help to the collective during any civil unrest as we learn to use the new lighter energy to glide in to our future with optimism.

Many of you may be feeling the heightened electrical energy from the mega solar flares, and the magnified scalar energy in your bodies. I explain I am finding it hard to sleep with all the fizzing in my body! Zac explains that it is important that we discharge the excess and shares his recommendations of how with us.

Infuse your body with unconditional love and harmony as you experience loving kindness and co-create our new high vibrational 5D world....

I wrote much of this meditation back in 2010 having been deeply inspired by the amazing spiritual teacher and breatharian Jasmuheen, whose insightful visions profoundly resonated with my soul then and feel just as pertinent now. 

Releasing this track today at the beginning of the Chinese New Year, the year of the water rabbit, at a moment in time where we have a very special Super New Moon, which is the closest one since the middle ages and we have a rare moment where all of the planets are moving forwards giving us positive clear energy for manifesting our new world.

As many of us listen and meditate upon the themes included in this meditation; all aspects of creating healthy bodies, healthy lives and all aspects of our healthy planet. We will be magnifying the effects of our hearts desires and magical intentions by co-creating together.

‘Dawning of a New Day’ a trilogy of short sound immersion meditations to stir your soul and propel your ‘evalation’. Please read the following before listening -
We are in the midst of an incredible time energetically for Earth in relation to the cosmos, and the impact upon ourselves is likely to be vast over the coming weeks, months and years. Many have described this period in December culminating with the Winter Solstice on the 21st as a birthing, and we are effectively moving through the birth canal currently with all the pressure and anticipation that brings. 

Zac has been working in the background to bring you an experience to sooth your passage, to aid the very real changes happening within you, and harness the energies of this transitional time. He has described, as many others have also, the 21st December as the turning point (or tipping point) of us all moving fully into the Age of Aquarius. An age he also describes as that of Heart-Coherence, the Third Eye, and of Solutions. We move out of earthly Pisces and into airy Aquarius. A time of innovation, dreaming big, intellect and heart working together as one.

Zac is collaborating with an incredible Sound Healer, Ali Lord to create the trilogy. https://www.freedomharmonics.com/   Ali has been by my side (and Zacs’) at every 'Channelling Extravaganza' since the beginning. Zac affectionally calls her Cosmic One. I am Earth and she is stars for sure. At the Extravaganzas she brings through Sound throughout the workshop; sometimes this is too complete a process, other times to activate. In the moment she Channels Sounds, an innate wisdom, knowing what is needed for all.

Regarding use… These meditations are incredibly powerful, Zac has many times stated Sound can do anything and he has long advocated using Sound to aid our vibrational shifts, developments and for our general health and well-being. He has also stated much of that which the Earth, and therefore ourselves, is going through during our transition into a higher vibration and light is happening via Sound. Sound is hitting the Earth and coming from the Earth at levels we cannot hear but are having effect within our physical and energetic bodies. 

*As with all Sound Healing the experience will be different for everyone, it is not always comfortable and can bring up thoughts, emotions and sensations that at first may not feel welcomed. However, the deep process of Sound enables much to come to light, quite literally, and be soothed, healed and harmonised far quicker than when we may be simply living these experiences in real day to day time. 

In the beginning there were times I felt a bit uncomfortable. I breathed in to these experiences and encouraged myself to let go of whatever I was holding on too, or indeed simply welcoming the change and shift of vibration from one that I had become used too. I now can listen and fully immerse myself in the experience in an enjoyable way. 

It is mind-boggling to me the complexity and power of these pieces. Zac is keen for the three meditations to remain separate. You can for sure listen to each, one after the other, he says you may wish to take time after each to integrate or simply be with the energy. As always go with your heart and what you feel. Each meditation is approximately 15 minutes long. Zac suggests to listen when you have some space ‘to be’ afterwards. These are not meditations for listening to when you go to sleep at night. They are overall activating and enlivening to our soul.
