Smokem Records was founded in 2009 by Randy "White Smoke" Gibson. He released 2 solo albums before local emcee and longtime collaborator Absurd joined the company in late 2011.  Not long after that John Doe was added to the line up.  Between adding and dropping artists, Smokem Records released their debut group album "The Smokem Records LP" in October 2013.  With the additions of Mikey G in 2013 and RCX in 2015, Smokem's sound has grown even more diverse.  Be on the look out for what they have coming in the future!!
