IAMCALYPTO, the highly prodigious DJ and producer from KARLSTAD in SWEDEN – has already achieved a great deal since exploding onto the scene. Having now  starting to harness the recognition he deserves.
This talented DJ/PRODUCER drew the attention of the spotlight early in his career thanks to a series of amazing mash-ups. He has since gone on to demonstrate a natural understanding of audio arrangement and structure, alongside possessing an impressive prowess as a peak-time performer, whose technical ability leaves club audiences wowed each and every week.
Pejman Calypto (in real life)  started out as a DJ 10 years ago IAMCALYPTO earned his stripes the old fashioned way, playing bars and small clubs, honing his craft. As It was only when he wanted to set himself apart from other DJs that he began experimenting with production and creating mash-ups to add something special and unique to his sets.
Iamcalypto’s first solo track on SOUND RED RECORDINGS is called ‘How You mean’. Iamcalypto has built his reputation to a point where he has been seen to destroy clubs along both coasts. During this time, iamcalypto has demonstrated to audiences his skills and tight technique as a DJ. His ability to read the crowd shone through proving he can mix it with the world’s best, as he delivered sets varying from peak time madness to low slung, sexy, funky grooves.
Not one to ease up, iamcalypto consistently released mashups over the summer period. Mashups released on souncloud is another dance floor weapon with anthem potential. Armed with fatal drops and energetic lead work his mashups  followed his previous tracks and received heavy support from a who’s who of the scenes leading DJs. Today iamcalypto is a part of a duo, Two Fingers a Big Room house duo from Sweden by the way of Norway. Together they are getting ready to release songs with record labels in Canada, England and Portugal while iamcalyptol is juggling his own deep house project on the side. There is no doubt that this hard working man is going to blow onto the electronic music scene real soon.
