After two fiery singles MOVING INTO TUCSON return to retrospective territory with their new single RUN & HIDE. “You can run, but you can’t hide.” Well, MOVING INTO TUCSON do prove with this new single that the two can go together. At least in a song. It’s another melodic, melancholic ballad of these song crafters from the low countries. It is hard to keep your eyes dry. Who knows what the future will bring? Maybe you will hear MOVING INTO TUCSON performing this new single live on your national radio station. Or you might see them playing live on stage later this year, promoting their next album somewhere in a club downtown. Everything is possible! The Amsterdam based band Moving Into Tucson is quickly causing a stir. Having only just started releasing their first singles and debut album Distraction in 2023.

Moving Into Tucson songs can be described as contemporary indie pop rock with an early 90s sound, sometimes dark, sometimes mysterious, or vague, but with depth in the music and certainly in the lyrics. Or as one music magazine wrote in a review, “Moving Into Tucson is the best you can get for making rock music sound so 90s in 2024.”

The Booyah! Kids are Aidan Ludlam, Emma Lee, and Julian Kaufman. All songs off “Bedroom Headroom” were written and recorded by The Booyah! Kids with the exception of “Firefighter,” which features lyrics and melodies written by Emma Fernandez. “Bedroom Headroom” was recorded over a span of 9 months in Julian’s dorm room, Julian’s bedroom, Julian’s living room, Aidan’s dorm room, and Aidan’s bedroom.  “Bedroom Headroom” was mixed by Julian Kaufman with the exception of “I Can’t Find It,” which was mixed by Aidan Ludlam. “Bedroom Headroom” was mastered by The Booyah! Kids with the help of Santiago Coto. The cover art for “Bedroom Headroom” was created by Aidan Ludlam and Emma Fernandez.  : ) giving credit where credit is due
