We had the pleasure of taking you from the night into sunrise through many sub-genres in our record collection. It felt so good having the freedom to craft the set exactly how we wanted on a setup that had been perfectly tweaked by Lyra Audio + crew over the course of 2 days.   

We spent around 6 months planning this event. Everything from the lighting (@seanclarke) to the sound, personally applying for a TEN to use the space (that’s another story altogether) and how the event would run.
 
When you have all the these other variables running alongside an event it can be difficult to lock into the set at your own party but this time everything worked out and we’re really excited to share the memory of this special night. 

Thanks to everyone that made it down and helped in anyway, it’ll always stay with us, this one <3

Romanian-born and Italian-based DJ, producer and label-head Ketch has carved out a distinctive space in the scene through his dark, texturised grooves laced with tribal, dub and acid elements. Ketch’s unique sound design creates a bridge between visceral energy and intricate soundscapes. Aside from crafting, Ketch co-founded labels SYXT (2018) and Glukkon Records (2019), having contributed to both labels with several of his own releases. Ketch has left his sonic imprint on Europe, having performed in cities such as Berlin, Amsterdam and Warsaw and will tour around the US in 2025.  

Ketch’s productions are minimalist, blending industrial soundscapes with abstract elements to transport listeners on an otherworldly journey. This podcast is a dynamic blend of textured rhythms and hypnotic elements, masterfully multi-layered to keep you moving without pause.

Buckle up for a seamless two hours as Ketch takes you on a sonic journey.

Freddy K, BASEMENT’s latest resident, takes over for BASEMENT 009. The KEY Vinyl label boss has been responsible for more than a few outstanding nights at the club, including our first-ever all-night-long set. If you know his name, you know his reputation: Freddy K is a bonafide underground hero, with a devotion to true-school techno that can legitimately  be called “uncompromising.” In this mix, he opens up a portal into another world, taking us deep into the heart of the spacious, psychedelic sound that is his calling card.

Right, let's play a game. We're going to say a few words and we want you to respond with the first thing that comes to you head: Mob Action. Goodfellas right? Well, we also had a few people blurt out "The Godfather!" and one smart-ass say 'democracy' but the vast majority of people we've asked thought of Henry Hill and co. in Martin Scorsese's 1990 classic.

Well, after hearing today's Debut Transmission, you may well say techno if asked that question again as rising stars and all round 'good fellas' Onno and Per Hammar join forces for a new EP titled 'Mob Action' for Sante's much esteemed Avotre imprint.

Serving up two fresh, contrasting slices of tech house sure to pick up plenty of play this winter, it's revered Italian producer Luca Agnelli's remix of the EP's title track that has set pulses racing here at DT, transforming the original into a peak time roller sure to get even the lethargic of of dance floors moving.
