This goes so much deeper than specific details of this or that plan.  It goes to the deep underlying assumptions about how the world works.

Can we be 100% clear here: Warren is doing the exact same thing as Yang and Harris. She has never said she supports single payer, she said the opposite in her senate run, she says she supports Medicare For All, while speaking of something different from the plan she co-sponsored for political expediency. She did the same thing with her ultimately meaningless funding "pledge" all language manipulation.

I want you to think about something for a moment
this will probably not shock you
so let me lay it out on the line

climate change is real
healthcare is a human right
isn't it strange
the absurd inequalities that exist today
women have the right to control their own bodies
these are not radical ideas

ninety five percent of all new income
goes to the top one percent
I think that's a disgrace
so let me take this opportunity
to defeat a ruling class
whose greed is destroying our nation

people are not truly free
when they can't afford to go to the doctor
people are not truly free
when they are unable to retire with dignity
we should have free tuition
at public colleges and universities
these are not radical ideas

democratic socialism
marijuana should be legal
