Singles Vol. 1

The River City Tanlines (the name being a play on the concept of a “farmer tan”) is a three-piece rock band from Memphis, TN. Together since late 2004, the band has toured extensively in North America and Europe playing clubs and festivals, and has ten releases on various record labels around the world. Their album I’m Your Negative was released by Dirtnap Records out of Portland, OR. 
Alicja Trout, the principle songwriter, is a veteran of countless noteworthy punk/indie bands over the years, including The Clears (Smells Like Records), The Lost Sounds (Empty Records, In the Red) and her other current projects, Alicja-pop, MouseRocket and Black Sunday. Likewise, the powerful rhythm section of Terrence Bishop and John Bonds are no strangers to success, having played together behind such names as Jack Oblivian, R.L. Burnside, Jim Dandy & Black Oak Arkansas, and Monsieur Jeffrey Evans. 
In 2009 they appeared in Craig Brewer’s (Hustle and Flow, Black Snake Moan) web-series (and soundtrack) for MTV, Five Dollar Cover, and performed “I’m Your Negative” in a rollerderby fight scene. They also have a song (“Black Knight,” a crowd favorite at live shows) featured in the EA Sports video game Skate.

Skillet - Circus For A Psycho

80's obsessed, pizza loving, pop punk band Heath Not Keith was formed by Heath Benson in 2017 and was inspired by 80's pop culture. Influenced by old-school pop punk bands such as Screeching Weasel, The Queers, and The Ramones, one man band Heath Not Keith writes, performs, and self-produces all the music. Heath's music career spans 9 albums and 16 EP's over multiple bands and genres. Heath Not Keith came to life after thinking up an idea to form a band with songs all about 80's topics after watching "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure".  

A compilation titled "Singles Vol. 1" which compiled the first dozen singles onto one full length album was released in October 2018.  Nine songs recorded through the first half of 2019 were compiled together to form "Singles, Vol. 2" in the summer of 2019.  After almost a year of hibernation, Heath Not Keith returned with a new 4 song EP titled "Timewarp".  The new songs take Heath Not Keith in a more fast paced, and harder rock approach which is hinted at in a few early songs. "Riding the Big Bad Wolf" and "Use the Force" are the latest singles.  These songs and more will be included in the "Singles, Vol. 3" compilation at the end of the year.  "Singles, Vol. 3" marks the end of the "Singles Trilogy" set forth in 2017.  

In 2021, Heath Not Keith plans to record a self-titled 8-track proper album which will step away from individual song releases and more into actual album releases.
