The duo of multi-instrumentalist and producer Franklin Mockett and award winning photographer Rebecca Rose Harris said:

"This song is an ode to the moulting cycle of the poet, to the expansion of solitude, to the twilight that one lives inside, between the silence of stillness and movement."

Samana inhabit a musical space somewhere between Nick Cave, Mazzy Star, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Nick Drake, Bill Callahan and Sigur Ros, yet they possess a unique spirit born out of their nomadic existence which saw them embark on a year long trip around Europe living and writing on the road.
