This is Notes for Jane a band thats mostly instrumental. We play music from the bottom of heart and pour our soul into our sounds. We work hard and try to let our fans relax and be moved by our music.
Bio: Notes for Jane or also known as NfJ all began from some love notes Aaron Johnson guitarist for NfJ wrote to a girl. The girls name was not Jane, but Jane was used as the cover up name. In the summer of 2009 The band was born but not as NfJ but as The Skeletons after 7months the band members split and went their own ways. Aaron went on solo with the name Silver and also a metal side band Heroes of a Different Age... also known as HDA, Aaron started to find new members and eventually a manager Cj Rusk. In the summer of 2011 Notes for Jane was born and was official on Youtube Although they only lasted for 3 months because all the members moved to different states. Along with dropping Notes for Jane Aaron dropped HDA... And went into the techno music life as Kill Shot. One day Aaron received messages from the ex Notes for Jane Manager and said he'd join Aaron and they could use NfJ as a solo name since it had gotten somewhat some Channel views on Youtube. With Notes for Jane incontrol of Aaron and Cj Rusk they would soon shock the fans with techno blended rock and eventually dubstep. In the Fall of 2011 Notes for Jane released their first ever album on soundcloud called Black & White with a guess appearance by Aarons friend Cj Francis. The Album was good but not nearly as good as Notes for Janes covers, the 5th NfJ album. The album was build off compilations of popular songs and blended with guitar parts by Aaron. The album received major popularity because of Notes for Janes well done mix of We are young by Fun. The song went on and got over 1,000 plays and 200 downloads. Notes almost called it quits after their 7th album but decided to hang in there. NfJ's 7th album Forgiveness was made up of very emotional acoustic type songs and became a hit. Forgiveness had the most commented and liked songs from any album NfJ had ever made. In the fall of 2012 Aaron and Cj went into Dubstep they dropped the name of Kill Shot and moved on to Code 9, shortly releasing a 14 song album hit called F-Bomb the album went big but didnt last long in popularity. With Aaron starting vocals NfJ went into making The Lonely Monsters a side project band. As of now Notes for Jane is still making Dubstep and making the Finishing touches to NfJ's 25th Album. Long live Notes for Jane.
