The first full artist EP on OOM Records comes from Italy based Alarico.
Raw Cuts contains four tracks that breath the sound of the late 90's. Cut 1 starts off in full pace with a rolling sequenced bass topped with hefty beats and haunting movements. Second track Cut 2 continuous the fast paced character, but this time with some smart layered Pizzicato strings and some haunting voice effects to complete it all. Cut 3 offers a filtered sequenced bass that opens up from time to time, again with hefty beats and subtle pads. Closing track Cut 4 is based on a shimmy fast groove topped with 909 beats, some continuous shakers and atmospheric elements. An absolute fire debut by Alarico.

Mikrotakt - Tricked Into Learning [Artaphine Premiere]

Out Of Place Records welcomes back the ever great ANNĒ for their fifteenth release. This is Greek native’s third appearance on Out Of Place record label after last years phenomenal “Fairy Dust” ep that gained (with only title song) more than 260 000 streams via Spotify and track “Chronicle” released earlier this year as a part of the Out Of Place VA release. This time ANNĒ’s two original tracks are accompanied by the two fantastic remixes coming from the label owner Insolate and Berlin based acid master Alien Rain.

Dance floor destroyer full of energy and with only one mission - to  get you dance!  Menacing synth cuts through classic percussions and hats while the dynamic of the track is retaining drive and amazing groove.

German techno don, Milton Bradley aka Alien Rain is back to Out of Place after his debut on the label back in 2017. He backs up this masterful EP, lending his own signature sound to the title track. Alien Rain’s trademark of relentless acid gives it the final blow.

Label boss Insolate’s remix leans on spaced out techno vibes building atmosphere and suspense fluidly bounded together by pulsating bass-line and haunting melody.

Memento displays infectious groove and remarkable, outspoken bassline. An authentic and simple groover with plenty of energy and infectious haunted voices that will be remembered for sure!

Holden Federico – Deliverance EP

Holden’s first SK_X release has been one worth waiting for. The New Yorker blends a mix of hard brutal percussive drive and powerful kick drums with his beautifully written melodies which stem from his background in classical music. Throughout the EP Holden’s musical background is ever dominant–vibrant synth lines provide a sense of body and feeling in the music, while straight techno rhythms keep the dance floor happy and the feet moving. 

As well as producing and DJing, Holden’s passion lies firmly in digging records. Through finding hidden 90s gems, his Instagram page has become very popular amongst a lot of heads in the scene.
