So I made a re-recording of an old track of mine, dating from 1995. I more or less used the same ingredients as I did back then, except now with the proper equipment I had to substitute for back in the day.

The old version is not online anywhere, so you have to do with this 2021 remake.

Many of us work 9 to 5 day after day after day with so little to show for it. We just live for today, have shorter life spans and become a company man. Sometimes it's good to get away. Some get away from it permanently disillusioned by daily news and the voting machine. They find a magical land under a stadium of glittering stars. This song is about a man from Montauk who finds peace where silver waters fall on shades of green. Enjoy the "Company man".

Write This Down

Can you plumb the secrets of the universe through a guitar string? Channel the electromagnetism of guitar pickups to heighten your senses? Lonnie thinks you can! Every time he picks up that red guitar, gets those P90 pickups screaming through an overdriven amp, tubes glowing like coals, he knows he's there.... This song is Lonnie's anthem.
Another track from the "Twilight on Tunnel Road" album. On the album, it is preceded by the short instrumental "Lonnie Interlude," which presents Lonnie's more introspective side.
All guitar tracks are played on a Gretsch 2622TG with P90 pickups...and, yes, it is red (see photo of actual guitar).

Waiting For Someday

A driving Alternative Rock anthem about the lies we tell and the noise that fills the silence.

This track explores the danger of complacency and the lies we tell ourselves to keep the peace. "Radio Noises" is about the realization that "20 years of peace" might just be a dangerous notion. It’s a fast-paced, reflective look at losing parts of yourself to the ocean of time while trying to find clarity in the sound of us.
