This is the single for 2023, called: Anesthesia. This song is written, produced and recorded by Calyx Kreations Music Label LLC/Astral Realm Beats By Calyx Kre/Calyx Kre. 

The inspiration from this single is from the star in the Lyra Constellation: Vega. The symbolism and astrological interpretation of Vega is inspiration, creativity, elevation, aspiration, connecting with feminine energy, guidance, navigation, balance and harmony. 

The other inspiration was from a dream I had. Yes, sometimes, I get inspiration for new music through dreams. I'm a lucid/vivid dreamer, so I remember most of my dreams and know when I'm dreaming. I started practicing lucid dreaming as a kid as it came naturally to me. 

I wanted the vocals and the music production to make it feel like you were going under, when you are on anesthesia, but in a seductive way. Like the ideal partner or romantic interest is like the anesthesia, you can't get enough and you want to be under their spell.

Been using Logic Pro X since 2012 - proud owner of a Roland FA08 Workstation, Axiom 64 Synthesiser - piano accordion, piano and recently a Blue Yeti Pro & Blue Ice Snowball Pro microphones.

Purchased my first microphone a Blue Yeti Pro on 4.11.2019 as I kind of got bored composing classical music.   All my mixing & mastering techniques have been learned from Youtube tutorials & experimenting with Logic Pro X.   I love the creativity and flexibility music production offers - a continual learning journey and an awesome hobby #passion #persistence #perspiration #patience is the key & NEVER GIVE UP
 
An accomplished piano accordionist having started at the age of 5 - an instrument I was expected to learn as I was never given the opportunity to learn another instrument properly however in life we sometimes don’t get a choice but I’m grateful to have been given the opportunity to learn an instrument.  I retired the piano accordion a few years ago after being introduced to electronic music production however I occasionally get it out and use my beloved instrument in some productions.

So in 2023 I continue my passion - composition, sound design, music production & lyric writing, singing and creating all artwork for my covers in my spare time as the busy person I am.
