Soul singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist, Tender Games is the project of German-Jamaican Ulrich Harrison. Since releasing his debut album in 2014, the musical maestro has gone onto build a delectable discography across a bunch of EPs, remixes and singles including his latest release Hard To Find, a feel-good disco groove with punchy poolside flavour. 

Now home at Berlin-based record label Midnight Snacks since 2019, Mr Harrison is combining his characteristic delicate and soulful voice with the iconic sounds of funk, soul and R&B to create his signature blend of poolside disco music - and we think you're going to love it.

This edition of our annual Heist Recordings take over was heaps of fun because we decided to team up with @worldwide-fm and @detroitswindle performed a very special LIVE set with special guests. DJ sets by Eclair Fifi, Byron the Aquarius, John Gomez, Thris Tian, Kamma & Masalo made the night complete and our man Pitto delivered a very, very strong & uplifting opening set of 3 hours for us that memorable night. Hi there, 
Since we’re all stuck at home, this quarantine felt like the right time for me to launch a new project I called « SUPERVISION ». 

Long story short : Back in the late 80’s, I started to learn how to mix 2 vinyl records together. Each mix used to feel like a new challenge for me as I had to figure out how to make tracks last long enough not to hear the transition between them. 
From that moment on and until 2008, I probably bought around 10-12 thousands vinyls.

It's time to show you what I have in my collection throughout the years.

Future Disco Radio - Episode 032 - Yuksek Guest Mix

Heist Recordings was founded by Dam Swindle as a means to gain full control over their own releases, and to create a stage for likeminded musicians to showcase their music. From the first release on, Dam Swindle’s “Break up to make up” EP in summer 2013, Heist has been a go to label for proper underground house and electronic music. Now, nearly 40 releases and 5 compilations in, Heist has brought forward artists like Frits Wentink, Nebraska, Adesse Versions, Fouk, Kassian, Nachtbraker and Alma Negra and continues to search for new talent, with Lars & Maarten fully focused on the A&R side of the label. 

Up till 2016, remixes on the label have been solely done by other original Heist artists on the yearly “Round up EP”, where the remixer and remixee get connected by the luck of the draw and a limited edition double pack is put out. After that, Maarten and Lars decided it was time to add remixers to the EP’s as well, which saw interesting collaboration, expanded the label family with names like Matthew Herbert, Tom Noble, Pépé Bradock, Ge-ology and Byron the Aquarius. 

2023 we've celebrated 10 years of Heist Recordings. The year showed a whole batch of new artists like Byron the Aquarius, Amy Dabbs and Cinthie and Dam Swindle themselves.
