For the third time, I have returned to Rustival on the remote island. This year, I stepped onto the stage with a renewed vision, embracing a fresh name to fully embody the evolving direction of my sound.

This set is a deep dive into hypnotic rhythms, organic textures, and shadowy grooves, carefully curated to sync with the mystical energy of the surrounding wilderness. I spent months unearthing rare cuts, blending tribal percussion, weird sound design, and trippy hypnotic sounds to craft a journey that feels alive—like the forest itself is breathing through the music.

Rustival 2025: xylon

HAWLIE's latest release, [Dissolved Liquid Deluxe Edition], is out now on Hekdb. This expanded edition features remixes by Oyubi, Pine, and xylon-three artists closely connected to the label. Each remixer reinterprets HAWLIE's distinctive sense of groove and strange yet addictive vocal chops through their own unique lens, pushing the original tracks into more floor-oriented territory.
