Beats from East Berlin to Stockholm to Kyiv

I’m from Atlanta, USA. After I finished university, I traveled to various parts of the world to enjoy local cuisines, cultures, street photography, and biking. On my first big trip through Europe, I got to experience techno from clubs in London, Stockholm, Prague, and Barcelona. Even though the music and entire experience is something that is still extremely rare to find in USA clubs, I knew I found something that spoke to me. Some of my next journeys included stops in Argentina, Yangon, Mexico City, Bogota, Berlin, Detroit, and Seoul. While living in Athens, GA in 2019, one of my neighbors happened to be a house DJ who had regularly played in the clubs of Manhattan and Brooklyn. He liked my taste in music, and helped get started on my first mixer. We played in a few bars and speakeasy’s around town before covid of 2020. Since then, I’ve continued to travel and enjoy techno clubs around the world. I played in a few places here and there, and I have begun to record some mixes and post them here. My goal is to one day play a mix at Sisyphos in Berlin.

By day, I work in tech as a customer engagement manager at a software company. I enjoy what I do, and hope to couple this with my love for techno music while traveling full time again in the coming years. I currently live in Atlanta, and I own a house that I rent out the other rooms to other fellow entrepreneurs, young professionals, and creatives. I have a basement that I’m converting into a recording studio. If you enjoy my mixes, let me know!
