It is so important to remember that you are important in your marriage. You are not less than your partner, and you are not there to serve them. I know it can be easy to get caught up in making sure your partner is happy and comfortable, but you have to make sure that you are happy and comfortable too. It is so important to take care of yourself and to put yourself first sometimes. If you don't, you will end up resentful and unhappy.

Make sure that you schedule some time for yourself, even if it's just a half hour every day to do something that you enjoy. It doesn't have to be anything big or expensive, just something that makes you happy. Taking care of yourself is not selfish, it's necessary. If you're happy and healthy, you will be able to be a better wife and a better partner overall. So don't forget to put yourself first sometimes, it's important for your marriage!

One of the most important things to understand in marriage is what your needs are. Everyone is different, so it's vital to spend time getting to know yourself and your own needs. Only then can you start to communicate these needs to your partner. It's important to remember that needs can change over time, so it's an ongoing process.

If you take the time to understand your needs, you will be in a much better position to create a happy and fulfilling marriage. Don't be afraid to talk about your needs with your partner - communication is key!
