Kidnap is an artist whose music overflows with emotion - rich and powerfully evocative.

Recording in London, Kidnap (real name Matthew Relton) likens his process to that of a sculptor, starting with a block of sound and chopping away until a shape emerges. As such, each song exists ornately carved with a handcrafted subtly.

Still just 33, Relton is already something of an industry veteran. Releasing his first single in 2012 kicked off an eight-year stretch of global touring that came to a grinding halt when the pandemic put the world on pause.

2024 marks a new chapter for Kidnap, with his next body of work on the horizon. Set against the backdrop of a changing world and the arrival of a baby daughter, Relton offers a bittersweet reflection on the passing of time. ‘It’s about looking back on the last 12 years — the touring and the friends and the sleeplessness,” says Relton, “and realising that in order to embrace the life I have now, I need to let it all go.’ The music shimmers with nostalgia. Signature sad melodies dance deftly around commanding synth lines, altogether sounding like an artist with a new found sense of purpose.

With a universal language for music, Jermaine Jones has left his home county of Northamptonshire and introduced Australian shores to his multifaceted array of underground hues. Taking electronica and a string of minimal and melodic vibes, while fusing the occasional african vocal- his selection is on point. The now Sydney residing DJ from the UK, is serving up music with an experience every time he plays, prising the art of mixing records and creating damn-fine times on the dance floor.

When Jermaine arrived onto the shores of Sydney, he came with music and a suitcase, not knowing a soul in town. Prior to arriving he had played across the UK and at European hot spots like Beat Club in Amsterdam. Within two years and attaching a desire to musically expand beyond his country’s borders, he had begun to introduce the east coast to an electronic treat. Within a very short time Jermaine has graced Sydney’s S.A.S.H, Circoloco, Days Like This and Chinese Laundry to Melbourne’s Circus Sundays while cementing spots at Space Ibiza On Tour and renowned festival Return To Rio. Bearing dynamic yet mysterious energy in his work, the music has done the talking for this unique DJ, having an incredible relationship with the clubs, creating a musical journey fit for any event and supporting icons like Nina Kraviz, Patrick Topping, Seth Troxler, Stephan Bodzin and more. 

While evolving his profile in his new home, Jermaine has steadily amassed his position in Sydney while being strongly involved in the recent Keep Sydney Open campaigns as a well respected DJ and promoter within the industry. Truly grateful for his immersement in the scene, Jermaine has truly enraptured music, keeping his ear to ground as the curator of Social Bewegung and its collective events across the city. Daniel Sanders and Gerardo Stretton are two friends with a shared love of House music, when you add this to their charismatic personalities the result is Class Enemy their DJ and production alias.

Both renowned as individuals on the Manchester House & Techno scene for hosting parties such as Mute! and DJ residencies with international clubbing brands like Sankeys and Hidden they have already demonstrated their ability to deliver DJ performances of the highest calibre.

This resulted inevitably in them playing events together and instantly recognising a chemistry, from there Class Enemy was born. A decision to call time on their event promoting and individual DJ residency commitments to focus on Class Enemy, ushers in a new and exciting era for this charismatic duo.

With releases on Lost Records, Red Lunar Records, Resonance Records, Loony Doggz Records and Disco Electronica this shows an aptitude for producing quality driven records packed full of groove.


Universal Solution, the artistic moniker of Gavin Holland, is a dynamic force in electronic music. Emerging from the vibrant UK dance scene, Holland has carved a niche with his evocative soundscapes and emotive melodies that traverse progressive house, deep house, and melodic techno. Drawing inspiration from pioneering acts such as Global Communication, B12 (Warp Records), and Aphex Twin, his music blends rhythm and harmony.
