Heli Pauliina Palomaa is a Finnish clarinet player and a teacher.
She is a versatile musician and began playing the clarinet in Kokkola in year 1996 and studied in professional level in Tampere, Graz, Tallinn and Oulu. At the moment she is working in the Finnish Navy Band.
