Hifi Sean gets to work on Lobster Boys to create a dubbed out mix of space-disco brilliance. Built around chords from the original, Davids vocal hook swirls alongside synths, arps and lots of psychedelic business. Elements of Baldelli are peppered throughout with Seans own signature sound. 

After wowing listeners with releases on one of our favourite labels, Leng, Takovoi lends his talents to Magic Eyes and keeps things on the sunset vibe with a stunning rework. 

Early 90s Ibiza is sprinkled with shades of A Man Called Adam, and Weatherall's St. Etienne legendary remix comes to mind as hazy broken beats sit atop a subtle 303 acid line, whilst the strings and pads do their things for the endorphins.

DC Promo Tracks: Cisco Cisco "Why Can't I Be You"

Aura Safari & Jimi Tenor’s Sensory Blending album continues its sun-soaked journey with another superb package of remixes. Willie Graff, Luminodisco and mysterious beat-maker E-The-Hot all step up to tackle 'Bewitched By The Sea'.

The original single has become something of a mini modern classic in the last year. 'Bewitched By The Sea' is a spellbinding sound for real Balearic DJs brave enough to work with its shuffling jazz drums and glowing synth work. As such, the choice of Ibiza favourite Willie Graff to remix is a perfect one. He brings a signature Balearic beat perfect for cruising around the island as the sun blazes with its dubby, swaying drums and more prominent vocal all brought to life with delicate percussion and gentle synth pulses.

Label regular Federico Costantini aka Luminodisco then returns with a mature post-Balearic touch that douses the track in an ocean of dubby echo. Gorgeous Spanish guitars and jumbled percussion form a life raft which floats out to sea under the sultry wind motifs. Last but not least, Amsterdam's E-The-Hot is another artist in the Hell Yeah orbit who delivers a Sunday Bass mix wrapped in golden-hour magic as heavy drum tumbles and heart-aching vocals next to painterly bass sounds soundtrack a perfect sundown session.

Together, these remixes elevate 'Bewitched By The Sea' into a shimmering musical escape with each one adding its own wave to a sparkling Balearic tide.

RNT introduces Motel Phantasma, a new project from seasoned producers Stefano Ritteri and Musta, with their incendiary Claptrap EP. A tasty double A-side 7”, this pair of tracks establishes the MP sound as both club-tough and musically weighty. 

The title track is a peaktime weapon of epic proportions, oozing slippery electronic percussion, razory synth work, and in-your-face vocal incantations delivered in Portuguese. 

The flip side is a bouncey Afro-boogie number, a bit more organic in approach, and with a relentlessly catchy hook by featured singer Kaleta. With a gorgeous full color jacket to match the music’s punch, this one is an absolute late-summer essential.

The Balearic Gabba project series returns with yet more classically inclined, beautifully Italo-licked sounds that recall the halcyon days of the Balearic scene almost two decades ago as remixed by disco pin-up Prins Thomas.

The man himself was keen to get involved in Balearic Gabba Soundsystem activities and started off with an unofficial edit of the Rusty track here, and eventually it became a proper remix, In light of that, Hell Yeah Rec decided to get two new and exclusive Prins Thomas tracks out of the remix to complete the package, and as you’ll hear he completely changed and replayed everything, added some acid and more besides…

The track he tackles is a timeless classic that characterised many of Sasha’s sets back in the 90s when he was hailed as the Son of God. Namely Rusty’s – Everything’s Gonna Change, in the hands of Thomas the original’s ravey horns and wild chord stabs get stripped away and the mood is made more sultry and sexy. Lush lines and melodies all get bundled together beneath the anthemic, crystal clear vocals that soar above.

Monte Baldo is another sympathetic re-rub with ambient liquidity at its core. All awash with rich synth puddles it sweeps you up and soars to the stars as mild acid gurgle lurk in the spaces left behind. Heady yet dancey, it’s a more energetic counter for the even more blissed out and celestial ambient swoons of EP closer Gran Paradiso.
