This Hello China’s programme is about Irish Secondary School teacher’s experience of learning Chinese language and culture. In tonight’s show, we have Claire, Garry, Nuala and Stephen, four Irish Secondary School teachers who are studying at UCD Confucius Institute for Ireland. They talked about their personal experience of learning the language and gave some useful advice for those who want to learn the language. They also talked about their summer plan to visit China and their efforts of introducing Chinese culture to Irish classrooms. Join us tonight for the interview!

This program will focus on how music influences the Chinese tv show or the film. The role of OST is underappreciated for the audience, but the music makes the movie; a TV show without the songs is nothing because it won’t communicate the same to the audience. That’s why this program will make people think about the importance of the OST by the most used Chinese songs and their meanings. The idea is to play different typical songs and then translate the chorus to English for the audience to know the meaning and to understand why these are so used over and over again in movies or tv shows. In conclusion, talk about how the songs help to make the audience more emotional with the action in the film.
