Music from Germany via the Czech Republic and Malta in today's premiere. Berlin's ever-solid @martinlandsky provides a typically slick and lush take on a cut from Czech-born producer Kim Pixa's new 'Liberté' EP on fledgling Maltese imprint @dazed-confusedrecords, with lush, dubby pads and delays peppering a lazy rolling deep-meets-tech house groove and plump bass. Classically styled, succinct and mighty tasty, it's perfect fodder for the glut of sun-drenched day parties we'll hopefully all be experiencing this year.

This is a story of music, the story of feelings and it is the story of each of us. 

Dub techno is something more than just sounds for us, it is something very deep, allowing to find the way into the depths of perception and touch the soul, allowing to discover something hidden inside of us, to be alone and meditate or just discover something new. It can be so very much in the dub techno and sometinng special and individual for each of us.

Deep Site Recordings welcomes Dee Mac with two wicked new originals as well as remixes. “Do Your Thing” is an infectious tune that uses a harmonious keyboard refrain coupled with tight rhythms and a solid bassline. The second original track, “Seduction”, takes a deeper path with its sublime melodics, cascading pads, and metrical rhythms. DJ Funky T’s Seranade Mix of “Do Your Thing” rearranges the samples while utilizing a new arrangement and recapitulation of the main melody. The Couch Bastards Remix takes a techier approach to the proceedings by developing upon reiterating phrasing motifs from the original on top of smooth cadences. Addex takes “Seduction” for a remix spin with beautiful island style panache, taking the original deep out into an ocean sunset.<br />Delivered using <a href='https://www.promo-cloud.com'>Promo-Cloud.com </a>

Monomood returns to his dubby roots with his fantastic laid back and atmospheric EP Unexpected Perceptions on Etui Records. Remembering the frost and darkness, the first track Wjnter can’t hide it’s origin. Cold chords and warm synths are creating the unique feeling of gloomy days in winter.

With Spuukj Dub on the flip you get a reduced echo-tool with haunting vocals and complex delay structures. Finally Monomood layers some pads and reverbs in the last track Dronje before breaking up the tune with a stunning piano & string combination. Goosebumps.

The release comes on black / white marbled vinyl with black inside out cover. The artwork was done by Daniel Madlung. It´s based on a photo of a rock formation at Sydney´s Bondi Beach by Oliver Hartmann.

Release from Heavenchord, sound producer, which often produces music in the styles of dub techno, ambient, and quite interesting to fans of this sound. Perhaps that is why this seemingly not typical for him release feels created in order to shake the big hangars abandoned factories, turned out, though quite expressive, but at the same time very neat. It is energetic on the bassline and drum parts of techno, which creates an atmosphere of something majestic and at the same time easy, almost invisible. If you love techno, it's that rare symbiosis you've been waiting for. Enjoy listening!
