French born, Le Code produces deep, dub-influenced electronic music from ambient to techno. Synth lover, he tries to collects hardware to explore new musical horizon and pick new sounds into his tracks. Alex (aka Le Code) is the owner of 2 electronic music labels : Apnea dedicated to dub techno and deep tech, and Mare Nostrum specialized in ambient. He also composes and arranges tracks for local artists in France, and teaches home studio and electronic music courses. Le Code’s music is an audio exploration, a mix between melodic riffs, smooth ambiances and electronic beats.

Faunipulate ~ I designed this track with controlled chaos in mind, the name is a representation of how us beings have manipulated the fauna around us, the respect of the environment is always priority.

Every sound is a modular approach to sound design, using some awesome M4L devices to map the parameters at random but keeping a controlled rhythm, sitting at 120BPM we're just chilling to the dub soundscapes.

Un intreccio di pad atmosferici in evoluzione, bassi caldi e avvolgenti, percussioni dub-techno delicate e accenti pianistici sognanti che si muovono con grazia in un paesaggio sonoro morbido e meditativo.
L’atmosfera si espande lentamente: riverberi vellutati, eco dub e modulazioni leggere costruiscono un viaggio sonoro profondo e cinematografico, dove melodia e ritmo si dissolvono in pura tessitura emotiva.
