Biography: 
I have been interested in music since childhood, my acquaintance with electronic music began with the Drum & Bass style. As I grew older, I became more attracted to calm, deep music. Now I run a group in VKontakte "Deep Dub Tech" and an online radio, where I publish my mixes, as well as mixes of my friends. In the photo, Kola Bay, Murmansk region, the edge of the earth is peaceful and enchanting, beyond there is only the Ocean.

Biography: 
I am DJ and producer based on The Mornington Peninsula, Australia. My journey with electronic music began nearly 30 years ago, when I first heard dance music in a Melbourne club. That moment sparked a lifelong dedication to sound, composition, and rhythm. I began collecting records and got my first music software. From the very beginning, I was drawn to the textures of minimal techno, ambient, and house. These genres shaped my creative direction and continue to influence my sets and productions today. 

After several years of playing in clubs and at parties, I found my place behind the mic and the decks in radio, where I spent 15 years sharing music and connecting with listeners. These days, I keep things simple and soulful—DJing for friends at home and for the good people tuning in online from around the world. The passion remains as strong as ever: it's all about the music, the community, and the journey it takes us on.

About the mix:
I have selected a fair dose of tunes from 2025, a few a little older and a couple of golden oldies to round things off.  Most of the tunes are dub techno, with a strong minimal, moody feel. The older tunes provide some sonic excellence and reflect my influences. Much respect to all of the Artist who's work i have used for this set, you are all amazing. Dietrich Klassen, real name. He was born in central Asia in Kazakhstan, emigrated in the 90’s with his family to Germany and lives for about 27 years on the beautiful Lake Constance in south of Germany. As long as he can remember, he has been into music and has always felt the need to express his feelings through art, poetry and of course with music. As if something had to come out of him to reflect or let go of the beautiful and sad moments in life. He has playing and mixing electronic music since two decades, starts seriously producing in 2015 after he learned signal processing, music theory and producing with Ableton live. [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] is proud to present its 77th release. A soundtrack for a dystopia that no one ever wrote. K-Joshua (@dj-joshua) from Setúbal transmits into the ether Opposite Falls EP — nine audio fragments from a parallel chronicle. This is not just dub techno. This is a memory of a world where falling is a form of ascent. There are falls that lead you upward. There is sweetness that tastes bitter. There is music that doesn't echo in the ears, but in the spaces between thoughts. All of this — Opposite Falls EP by K-Joshua — is a new coil in the paradoxical spiral of [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB].

Here, sound flows like water against the current. It climbs the slopes of the mind, skimming the familiar, revealing the impossible. Five original narratives:

:::Bitter Fall — not sorrow, but clarity at the edge of collapse.
:::Sweet Fall — not joy, but release, gentle as ashes over a desert.
:::Deep Uncertainty — the heart of the EP, the breath of a universe undecided in its own becoming.

Hidden in the sleeves of this record are four alchemists:

:::Oldschool_Dubtechno .Producer Version (@enercube & @x_fr) returns to the roots — where roots are wires buried in the soil of sub-bass and chords as energy.
:::Protyv (@protyv) splits the “Fall” into two beams of light: one cuts through concrete, the other dances on the surface of rain.
:::Jonah van der Hout (@jonahvanderhout) brings us "Absolute Uncertainty" — like a code left behind by a civilization that no longer exists.

Opposite Falls EP by K-Joshua is a space built from sound — like the seaside streets of Setúbal, in the half-shade of old facades and salty winds. Each track invites you into a room with its own acoustics. In one — the whisper of water rushing upward. In another — concrete vibrating with the rhythm of ancient techno archaeology. And somewhere in between — silence where absolute uncertainty hides. This release doesn't seek logic. It lives in between. Between architecture and nature. Between sweetness and bitterness.
