Jordan Michael Noel Morrison Hendricks was born in Dallas, TX and has lived in both Kansas and currently Las Vegas. His inspirations derive mostly from the collection of CD's he got from the library. These include: The Helio Sequence, Okkervil River, The Shins, and many more. Jordan is also a fan of live musical theater and incorporates much of that style into his music as well as including unconventional noises and sounds that you might otherwise hear walking down the street. His new name, "Runaway Carnie," is an implication of both folk and carnival style music. He regularly performs on the Las Vegas strip and released FREE EP's and demo's of his work.
