Psychosocial Baby

One year ago, a legend sadly passed away. I got the news about this while we were recording what would become Minor Misdemeanors. One of the songs that we wrestled with in the studio was the classic Dio track, Stand up and shout.

We didn´t nail it that time and left it unfinished. Why? Don´t know really but that´s how working in the studio often works, some things go very smoothly, some tracks need more work to be perfected and some - well, you just don´t hit them properly.

Still, I always felt that it was a good one and just a while ago I felt a need to do something about it. So, I grabbed some mics, called my friend My Engström Renman up and recorded it. Mixing & postproduction was made by dear Petter Ericsson in Studio Epidemin. Here it is, please enjoy. Ronnie James Dio - this one is for you!
