  Chris Remix is a talentful upcoming DJ from Norway. With his uniqe technique and skills, he will serve you the hottest techno and dirty tech-house at all times!                 Chris Remix has been a DJ since he was only 12 years old. In the beginning he was playing at a local youngster-club, but because of his need of challenge he soon started to refine his techniques in Hip Hop dj-ing. Because of that he was on several tours in Norway with the country’s first Norwegian rapper; Ubaat. In 1999 Chris Remix got his first pair of 1210’s, and since that he has dj-ing for several hours every day! Music is his life, and his own comment for this is: ”Music is what I can do; It’s just my lifestyle!”.

 

                In the last years Chris Remix has, besides playing at consepts, also got his own net-streaming radioshow at Radio Skranglebass. In addition to this he has played at radios such as Total Jam, pure fm,  Radio Volum and Studentradioen (Grimstad-Norway).  When he’s not having gigs, he produces both mixes an his own tunes. He is inspired by dj’s as Steve Lawler, Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin and Sven Vath. Among some Chris Remix has played together with Judge Jules, Miss XS, Dazzel, Gee More, Filthy Rich, Yannis Balkisaz, Flex Flavour, Nils Noa, Cave, David Sense, Carl-E, Firuz +++.

                In future Chris Remix will be playing in London, Amsterdam, Moskva etc.

Da Sunlounge, based in the Midlands UK, began DJ’ing in the deep house scene over 20 years ago. In the early days of his career, he co-hosted the successful Travelling Without Moving night and shared the 1210s on many occasions with the likes of Terry Francis, Clive Henry (Peace Division), Andy Wetherall, Rob Mello, Atjazz, Digs’n’Woosh, Rocky, Elliot Eastwick, Fred Everything, A Man Called Adam, House of 909, the DIY DJ’s plus many more.

In 2000, he played out a dub plate of one of his first productions. The guest DJ, Clive Henry (Peace Division) immediately signed it to his label, Low Pressings. Later that year, Da Sunlounge followed it up with a second release on Low Pressings, which was played by Danny Rampling to open his Radio 1 show live from Ibiza.
Shortly after, Da Sunlounge was head hunted by Canadian label 83 West to release on their sub-label Camouflage recordings. Alongside the likes of H-Foundation, DJ Sneak, Peace Division, Gene Farris, Stacy Kidd, and DJ Rasoul.
As his career progressed, Da Sunlounge went on to release on numerous labels including, Cajual, King Street, Defected, Mother Recordings, 2020 Vision, OM, Salted Music, Outcross, and remixing artists such as Mood II Swing , Crazy P & Roland Clark, and more recently Miguel Campbell & Sonny Fodera.
His music also found its way on to front cover mounts such as Mixmag, and compilation CDs by Fabric, Defected, Ministry of Sound, Mn2S, NRK and Hed Kandi.

In 2001, his own label Myna Music was launched, gaining support from a wide array of DJs around
the globe and picking up plays on leading radio stations such as Radio 1. Myna has remained strong over the years and reached it’s 15th year anniversary in 2016 with a back catalogue of over 60 releases. In 2005, Da Sunlounge launched his second label, Bambino Recordings.
In 2008 he joined forces with Andy Riley (Inland Knights) to launch the Borrowed Music label.

The success of Da Sunlounge’s productions subsequently led to a busy international DJ schedule, playing at some outstanding events. To name a few memorable ones...

2019 still sees Da Sunlounge holding his own, with chart topping tracks on Beatport & Traxsource, and gaining a place in the Traxsource top 100 Artist's and best selling tracks of 2015/2016/2017/2018.

DJ’s, Producers and label owners, Andy Riley and Laurence Ritchie (AKA Inland Knights) have created a brand name that most House heads have heard of.  Whether you like it deep , tech or more funky – when you think about Drop Music or Inland Knights a certain style of House comes to mind that is uniquely their own. Andy and Laurence’s reach is global, and their label’s continue to produce some of the finest House music 15 years after they started back in the UK, within Nottingham's party scene.

Andy and Laurence  met in ’93 and cut their teeth Dj’ing for Smokescreen, the renegade sound system from which they drew their early inspiration. Smokescreen consisted of dj’s, lighting people, sound people, a truck, a P.A, a generator and general helpers. Old warehouses, woodland, fields, quarries and houses were utilized with the sole intention of having a good time…. for free! By the mid 90’s smokescreen could guarantee a crowd of hundreds in attendance at their parties(which were most weekends), and their club nights became local institutions that ran for years with packed dancefloors. Into their 21st year, Smokescreen are still going strong and are still hosting quality club nights and parties in and around the Midlands.

By ’98 Laurence and Andy had made the inevitable step into production and the same year their fledgling label, Drop Music, was born. With the release of ‘Inland Knights vol 1’ , Riley and Ritchie undertook a busy schedule to write tracks for Drop  (almost all of the early output was Inland knights, despite many monikers). Drop Music has gone on to become one of the most highly regarded House labels in recent years (with 80 plus releases to date), and Inland Knights have gone on to become one of the most respected and prolific production outfits in the House community, carving a unique and distinctive House sound, and regularly taking on remix and Ep duties for fellow labels and producers. Highlights include the acclaimed ‘Mohammed Ali’ remix for Faithless on Cheeky Records, CD compilations and remixes for NRK and Om Records, three Ep's on 2020 Vision, Inland Knights first full length album entitled ‘Creative Spaces’, and more recently, Inland Knights album to mark 10 years of Drop Music entitled ‘Dust till Dawn’, not to mention countless Ep's on other labels over the years and a 30-minute live mix on Radio 1’s ‘Essential Selection’ show. More recently, the pair released 'Inland Bytes', a retrospective look at Inland Knights career so far.

Currently, as well as remix, production and label commitments, the pair maintain a busy international Dj schedule which takes them further and further afield as their reputation grows. Bookings have included regular slots at UK clubbing institutions such as Fabric, The End, The Egg, The Cross, Turnmills, Shindig, Back 2 Basics,  Sanky's, Chibuku Shake Shake, Ministry Of Sound, Cargo, Déjà Vu, The Arches and The Sub Club in Scotland, as well as smaller more intimate venues nationwide. Countless international trips have seen them tour the Globe. Most weekends Inland Knights can be found DJ'ing up and down the UK or Europe with regular international tours a permanent fixture in their Diaries.

Kristian "Shakey Stevens" is a DJ / Producer currently based in Barcelona, Spain. Born in Sweden, his family relocated to Norway while he was still an infant. Kristian spent most of his childhood and youth in eastern part of Norway where he discovered his love for electronic music. With major influences as Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos and Sven Väth on the international level, but also many of locals like: Jam-iT, Carl-E, Hanza and Andy to name a couple! 

In 2009 Kristian experienced a major breakthrough when he had a guest mix on Bora Bora Radio (www.boraboraworld.com), hosted by the legendary Gee Moore. A familiar name to techno and house fans worldwide! on Sept. 12  Kristian was broadcasted to thousands of listeners in Spain, Portugal and Brazil!

Phase is a DJ, producer and vinyl collector from Oslo, Norway. After falling in love with electronic music at the age of 10, he began DJing in 2004 – and it didn’t take long before he was hosting his own shows on Skranglebass.no and Chicagohousefm.com, showcasing a deep love and passion for underground house and techno.

Over the years, he’s been involved in several projects and collaborations, including co-founding Flosshatt Digital, a Norwegian house label focused on the funkier and rawer edges of the genre. Later came Chiraya – a deeper, more experimental venture exploring lo-fi house and techno with a 90s flavour releasing both digitally and on vinyl.

Whether spinning records or producing tracks, Inyourphase’s sound leans towards bumpy, quirky tech, layered with dusty samples, jacking rhythms and off-grid funk. His music is about feel, not polish – rooted in the moment, and always from the heart.

Jade Metz has grown to become a highly in demand artist in underground house music today and is an integral part of the electronic music scene. Working under a number of different aliases, such as d-t3ch, Creature Comforts and Jazzmopper J and as the head honcho of labels FYI Recordings, Highjack Recordings and Sole Priority Music, he is synonymous with a wide array of consistently good music that never fails to move. He has worked with many well respected labels such as Robsoul, Blockhead , Guesthouse and Spatula City to name a few, with much of his music still being released in 12inch vinyl format .
Hailing from Melbourne Australia, but having spent much of his life travelling and playing all over the globe, he has grown to appreciate a broad range of music and his sound is heavily influenced by jazz, funk, disco, hip- hop, soul, latin through to techno and other forms of electronic music. This wide array of influences is reflected in both his production and DJ sets. As a DJ he has built a fierce reputation for always keeping things interesting by skillfully and seamlessly fusing old and new music from a variety of different genres, often putting his own spin on classic records in the mix. As a producer he has a distinct sound of his own, yet manages to encompass many different genres, beyond just electronic music.
His production work has been in heavy rotation by everyone from DJ Sneak, Grant Nelson, Derrick Carter, Mark Farina to Roy Davis Jr. as well as being licensed to commercial mix cds and various documentaries.



Chuck Daniels
Since its emergence in the mid-late 1980s in Detroit, techno music has spread like wildfire across the world music scene, igniting the talents of aspiring artists seeking to leave an indelible mark on this ever-changing, competitive genre. With its driving, repetitive rhythms and diversified style, techno has become the craze of the music industry, attracting millions of fans across the globe. For those who want to delve into the techno scene, the journey would be incomplete without an exploration into the musical creations by one of Detroit’s best: Chuck Daniels. His passion for music began at an early age while listening to the vinyl hits of the 80s on his dad’s turntable, soaking in a smorgasbord of musical styles. He remembers his love of the 90s at Record Time and Melodies & Memories, where he eagerly waited for the latest and greatest releases to emerge. Unlike the media frenzy of the 21st century where music can be accessed at one’s fingertips, Daniels credits these stores for their vital contribution to the culture of the times and the dissemination of music to the public. On his travels through pop genres, Chuck was then exposed to the sounds of soul. Imbedded in soul music are roots of African-American gospel music, rhythm ‘n’ blues, and jazz, and so this too became part of Chuck’s steady diet. All this, together with influences of techno, New York and Chicago house, and the rich sounds of music legends like Stevie Wonder and Steely Dan, contributed to Daniels’ immersion into the melting pot of popular music. 
We can trace Daniels’ career back to his teens when he and his best friend, Ross Reimer, began mixing music after school on Ross’s Technics 1200’s and Numark mixer. These daily encounters eventually culminated into a co-owned DJ company. Hooked up throughout the greater Detroit area, Daniels and Reimer became the “go to guys” for weddings, parties, and clubs of all types—you name it—they played it, from soup to nuts, tailor-made for their specific clients. As time went on, the routine became monotonous and unfulfilling for Daniels. In 1993, he attended his first rave and his life changed forever. He surrounded himself with the best in the business, beginning with Dean Major, known for his Syst3m parties. This led to his first party, Can You Dance to My Beat? 

Daniels’ deep-seeded love for music, coupled with his fire in the belly to craft his own creations, could no longer be ignored. He made a life-changing decision to sell his portion of the DJ business to Reimer in order to compose and produce his own music. Captivated by music of the underground, Daniels took a giant leap of faith and took a 180 degree turn into the world of techno. Quickly, he devised a plan to build a production studio in the basement of his residence in Detroit, Michigan. This is where the magic begins for Daniels, as he separates from all the distractions of the world to mold his musical masterpieces. In 2002, Daniels’ label, Sampled Detroit, debuted and the rest is history. Although his path has not always been easy, Daniels has had a wealth of input and support for his label from colleagues such as Jason Hodges, Wally Callerio, and Dimitri Max. The collaboration with other artists in the field continues to kindle his creative juices, fifteen years since the birth of Sampled Detroit. From the remix of “Good Luck” for Kevin Saunderson’s Inner City, to his collaborations with music legends such as Amp Fiddler, Claude Young, Mike Clark, and Oliver Dollar, to name a few, Daniels keeps an energetic production schedule. Most recently, Daniels’ remix for Seth Troxler’s imprint, Play It Say It reached #1 on Beatport and top 5 in Ibiza. Undeniably, Daniels is riding high and revving up to take the motor city techno town to its highest level. Stay tuned and listen up, cause the best is yet to come!
