Hi, we're The Borniquels, a covers band of music from our era (50's to 70's classic rock). We live in a cool place, the Cévennes mountains in the South of France.

An accomplished guitarist of thirteen plus years, Rob has been surrounded by music from an early age, his mother being a classically trained pianist and his father a blues harmonica player. Rob has played in bands of numerous genres ranging from folk, funk, bluegrass, punk and metal – but his passion is the blues. Having spent six years abroad between the UK and Japan, Rob frequently incorporates international influences into his work, and relocating to Philadelphia in 2010 helped him to re-establish his love of American roots music. Heavily influenced by early blues artists such as Robert Johnson and Elmore James, Rob’s eleven-track debut album, Yesterday’s Troubles, is a solid mix of down-home country blues with folk and contemporary roots rock influences.

Spokane WA is home for Blind Fret Franklin. 12 Bar Saloon is a low fidelity project  with no effort toward commercial or professional production. All instruments and equipment are affordable for beginners and thrifty musicians.
