B blessed the space with herb & incense; she ushered in the energy & set the intention(s). the ancestors were with me from start to finish and thereafter. they are still here, dancing in pattern, smiling, and touching me in ways only sound can. the theme of todays show is rest. rest, surrender, rest, surrender- prioritizing self-care.I I am grateful and I am whole. In tradition of womon radio, I end this epsiode with a meditation from Jhene Aiko titled "Trigger Protection mantra."
