Intercell was established in 2015 and emerged from an illegal rave on the outskirts of Amsterdam. It critically balances audiovisual elements with club intimacy while taking a diverse approach to the new era of electronic music – introducing new talent to renowned artists, focusing on fresh collaborations and (co)curations, and pushing the scope of local scenes by broadcasting worldwide.

Kontrollverlust-Events - Ein Kollektiv, 2018 in Oberhausen mit der Intention gegründet, Veranstaltungen der elektronischen Tanzmusik in der Heimat und Umgebung zu publizieren und Newcomern eine Bühne zu bieten und zu Supporten.

Seit 2021 veröffentlicht das Kollektiv wöchentliche „Pottcast“ auf SoundCloud, mit Sets verschiedener nationaler bis hin zu internationaler Künstler jeder Art (Techno, Hard Techno , Techhouse, Goa, Frenchcore u.v.m).

Seit 2022 ist Kontrollverlust mit der gleichnamigen Veranstaltung in unterschiedlichen Clubs in NRW unterwegs. 

Seit 2023 ist Kontrollverlust als Agency "Kontrollverlust.agency" für eigene Resident-Künstler zuständig.

Seit 2024 ist Kontrollverlust-Records als Label ins Lebens gerufen.
