Hi I'm Brenda and I have been a poet for the past 20 or so years. 'The Sword In Your Stone’ and 'Tomorrows People' were my first publications where I explored dreamscape. Subsequent publications 'Strange Attractors' and 'In Conversation Volume One' take a more metaphysical approach. 

I’m always seeking to explore the bigger questions in life, when connected to my muse the spiritual download gives a deeper dimension to life. My most recent uploads are twelve tracks working with the jazz musician Tim Holmes. This was a brilliant experience, Tim with his inventive experimental style, expressively complements my poetry. 

I eventually want to put all my work on sound cloud so everyone can listen and download for free.

I have not put any poetry online before in this format so this is still quite experimental but I am hoping anyone who gleans upon my content enjoys what they hear and any feedback or responses would be great.

Spoken Word London is an open-mic night for poetry, performance, monologues, singing, rap, soliloquies and everything in between... If you can speak it, come along and have others hear it. Everyone gets five minutes to share their own (or others') work with an audience of likeminded, supportive people. We are a sister night to Spoken Word in Paris.
