Harsh Vulnerable explores a heavier more somber sound for M.E.; with emphasis on post rock elements and more acoustic tonalities. It serves as a cathartic/coping expression for what I have been going through on both a personal level as well as the bleak global outlook.

This song in particular is perhaps my most cathartic work - expressing a gamut of emotions
