you should also be 18. you should have been 18 for close to a year now. i think you would have been proud of where i am in music right now. id like to think that after the pandemic started to cool down we woulda hung out at the park again, like old times. tomorrow will be one year since you passed and i still think about you every day. you were probably in attendance at this birthday party from the cover photo. i still regret not doing the lemonade stand like we planned. i still regret falling off of our friendship in the last year or so before you passed. ill remember you until the day i too pass away. just a genuine beam of light that radiated energy every day. even the days when you would walk into history class and just put your head down and want to just do nothing you would figure out a way to make me laugh. i'll talk to you again soon. i promise.
