Golden Age Project Pre73 and Firepod mic pre comparison

This pedal used to be the same as the 976-KVLT, but I ended up redesigning it from scratch.  It is completely differentt, uses different transistors, etc.  It has a volume and fuzz knob and a three position tone switch.

1st clip-Vol at 12:00, fuzz at 5:00, tone changes throughout.

2nd clip-Vol and Fuzz at 12:00, tone changes throughout.

3rd clip-Vol at 3:00, fuzz at 7:00, tone changes throughout.

Guitar is a McInturff Glory Standard. Amp is home built Marshall Style 50 watt non master volume. Mic is Shure SM27. Preamp is Golden Age Pre-73 w/Carnhill xhmrs. Interface is Presonus Firestudio Mobile into Cubase 5.
