Mijn hart de zon, beschrijft hoe de donkere dagen soms zwaar kunnen zijn, maar altijd hoopt op de terugkeer van de zon, die zorgt voor een gevoel van verlichting en welzijn. De zon wordt gezien als een bron van leven, een vriend die zorgt voor een hernieuwde kracht. Het lied benadrukt het verlangen naar positiviteit en het omarmen van de zon als een bron van warmte en troost. Het biedt een boodschap van hoop en het vinden van vreugde in de kleine dingen.
