It's So Cool (Oakenfold Extended He-issue Re-Edit)

Lover of all music, it's the source and heart beat of life, depicts your moods and moments like a photo album songs are moments in your life that are captured.  Music reminds us of family, friends, events, wins, losses and gives hope to dream about what's coming next without forgetting about what was left behind.  My playlists are artists that shaped my life and albums I have selected remixes by brilliant DJ's and reworked the track lists.  Thanks to the DJs who are skilled and brilliant who can take a track and give it that little extra, mash it brilliantly or completely rework the song giving it new sound and direction.  Some DJ's can are so skilled their rework changes the songs mood and meaning all together & some can take a song you hate and make a song you just can't stop playing.

I am a rather big Madonna fan and have been ever since seeing her Borderline video in 1984 which inspired me to buy the 45rpm of the same title.  Little did I know, that it would be the first Madonna song in what would become a vast collection spanning 30+ years.  The collection is full of demos, remixes, acapella, dub, studio, and instrumental versions.  

I first started editing music to fill a void in my collection.  About 2 years ago I was trying to put a Madonna playlist together in iTunes which consisted of radio edits of any and all Madonna songs that had been released as a remix. Unfortunately, some of the songs did not have official radio edit versions. So I downloaded editing software and began what would become a love of making re-edits from official versions. I have great respect for all of the original producers and remixers who created the originals. For me, my re-edits present a fresh approach to songs that are like old friends. I welcome feedback, input and suggestions. Like Madonna says "Music makes the people come together." Enjoy!!!

i'm here for madonna remixes and all the unusual stuff in between.  i really like drum n bass, old school jungle, electro-anything.  i dunno.  freak folk.  blue grass.  no jazz.  industrial.  the blues.  classic rock.  all kinds of rock.  lots of subs and genres i'm not cool enough to name.
