The name Acura Damata comes from his stunning and life-changing experiences living in the middle of nature for many years in Brazil, where he also produced most of this album. Wild nature, especially a forest, can easily overwhelm us; at first glance, it is rarely ordered, but it is more of an intertwined chaos of rocks, plants, creatures, and the four elements. But if we pay attention, a whole universe of beauty and togetherness unfolds, and we can absorb the healing energy of nature around and in ourselves and connect to pure love, far from any of the distractions our modern societies keep us trapped in. "I believe we cannot experience anything close to this in a concrete jungle". Wild nature is not easy and straightforward; it's only for some; it is an adventure, an experience for the brave and a paradise for the dreamer, as is this album. Turn Me On Techno Mashup

This SEQUOYA Live Set contains tracks from his recently released album "Penumbra" among a few others. SEQUOYA is the project of Yan Krassowski, born in 1979 in Darmstadt, Germany. His love and passion for electronic music began in the mid-'90s at the age of 15, when he discovered the local techno scene. Early influences included DJs like Sven Väth and DJ Dag, along with first experiences in techno clubs like the legendary Omen and Dorian Gray in Frankfurt. He started spinning techno tunes at small parties until the psytrance movement shifted his musical direction.  With a group of friends, the Gecko Crew, he organized several small parties in his hometown and began playing progressive/psytrance DJ sets under the alias Yan Gecko. After several years of national and some international gigs, he joined BMSS Records and released tracks on various compilations. Yan's favorite sound has always leaned toward deep and mystical. After life-changing experiences on the dancefloor at large festivals, he fell completely in love with forest psy and more nighttime-oriented music, and in 2012, the Sequoya project was born.

As a Label DJ for Spirited Records in India, dayWalker has become a leading figure in the global psytrance community. His melodic full-on and dark forest mixes charge up dance floors worldwide.

Musical Philosophy:
Driven by a nomadic spirit, dayWalker believes in the transformative power of music. He crafts sonic journeys that transport listeners to higher realms of consciousness, fostering unity and joy.
