Being patient is an art for itself.  Challenging and easy at the same time The song "Patience" completes Ninze’s EP "Reasons for Simplicity". As the title suggests, the song plays with patience and impatience - the driving forces when dancing. Well-filled pads on distorted deep house beats with fuzzy vocals take the listener back into his cosmos.  
A special feature of this piece: Julian accidentally included his bouncing leg. Which; like restless leg syndrome, moves up and down while he works on his songs. If you listen carefully - you'll notice this accent. Sometimes the small things in life or the coincidences that turn simplicity into something special - like in this song.

Ninze - Patience

The song is dedicated to Motoko, the cat who brightened Benjamin and Sima's lives for 3 years. After he disappeared without a trace, an endless search and a period of mourning began. A few months later, Sima dreamt of him and was deeply touched because she was certain that she had met his beloved soul in her dream. Many more dream encounters followed. Motoko now accompanies them both in another sphere. Through this song they could heal.
The rhythm of the song is as playful as a stray cat, while a mystical vocoder gives the whole track an eerie spin. 
Nevertheless, it feels warm and loving.

What is state of mind? 
When we try to respond to this question, the answer may at first seem easy. Is it? 

We fail to put our finger on a clear definition of the state of mind, we sometimes get around this failure, using a simple trick we call "adjectives": words that designate an attribute of a noun. 

By following this trick, a state of mind can be described as "relaxed", "loving", "inattentive", etc... This is a trick that gives us the possibiltiy to come up with  infinite eidetic variations, without ever getting to the core of all the complexity of the phenomenon. 

Sometimes, we try to describe it as the similarities that we share with eachother, like an umbrella, a concept of life, an ideal.  
Although one's state of mind might be called "equal" to that of another's, when both express similar interests or ways of approaching things, it is, deep down, as personal as it can be. The other is always, to some extent, alien. 

Still, when we are lost for words, the music begins.
