Following up on Evan Hatfield's recent 'Puria EP,' Pinkturban announces the release of the remix EP, featuring two dancefloor-ready reworks by legendary producers TÂCHES and Zuma Dionys.

British artist TÂCHES, who takes inspiration from his Balearic island upbringing, uniquely blends both tracks on the EP into a single work of art. Masterfully crafting the melodies of the vocal and instrument samples, TÂCHES delivers an uplifting, vibey, and colorful take on the tracks, complemented by layers of disco guitars and house grooves.

Russian DJ and producer Zuma Dionys, whose journey into eastern-electronic music was born after a chance meeting with an Indian shaman, takes on "Puria" remix duties. Warping and twisting Evan's sounds to deeper and darker realms, he immerses listeners into a hypnotic world of tabla and sitar.

"Juru Fô", the first single from Yemanjo's upcoming full length album "La Misma Fuente" on Wonderwheel, is an intercontinental collaboration between Yemanjo, Argentinian multi-instrumentalist Onanya and Malian singer Mariam Koné. This buoyant mid-tempo house groove is anchored by Onanya's interlocking ngoni melodies, echoing djembe fills and Koné's call and response vocals. Appropriately enough, the title translates as "Play the strings" in Koné's native language of Bambara.

In the 2018 year, the DJs collective/platform Global Funk based in the Basque Country celebrates the 10 year anniversary. During this period they've been organizing multiple events: parties with international and local guest DJs, such as Alice Russell & TM Juke, Nickodemus, Captain Planet, Tahira, Dusty, Txarly Brown, Jesús Bombín,... to name a few, collaborations with some festivals, shows and tours across Europe,... To celebrate this first decade, DJ Makala, the man behind since the beggining, has made a compilation with 20 tracks, describing the trajectory of Global Funk with differents songs, remixes, re-edits, re-works,... produced by themselves, which has been a kind of soundtrack of the collective during whole this first decade. Let's Dance in Baskenland!
