A short suite reflecting my first journey in Hokkaido, in five movements going through the snow covered lands.

IV. The purity of eternal grandeur landscapes

"Return of the Lionheart" serves as the emotional resolution to a legendary journey, capturing King Richard’s homecoming with a profound sense of "weary majesty." While the track retains the triumphant fanfare of trumpets and anthemic orchestral swells of a royal welcome, the energy is tempered by a deeply melodic and bittersweet core. Beautiful, reflective horn and trumpet solos stand out against the thematic backdrop, acting as a sonic eulogy for the fallen and a sigh of relief for the survivor. It is a masterful cinematic score that balances the glory of victory with the heavy, lingering weight of war, painting a portrait of a King who is finally home, yet forever changed.
