The duo Max & Mitch have been playing records together for over 10 years now despite still being in their 20s. This coupled with running one of the most well-respected underground labels to come out of the UK in recent years, has led the pairing to have a varied & extensive record collection with knowledge & understanding of the craft well beyond their years. 


This translates into energized dancefloors across Europe, a monthly Rinse FM show, and a residency at infamous Aberdeen nightspot The Tunnels as well Glasgow’s Sub Club & La Cheetah,  the latter from which they still run their label parties. The trailblazing duo knows how to keep the dance floor pumping, transcending genres, and playing tracks with the club in mind alongside rare hidden gems only the most ardent digger can find. They play with fluidity & energy that can only be achieved by having spent thousands of hours DJing alongside each other and having a deep understanding of what makes dancefloors tick.

Now with those strange times starting to move behind us, Damon’s looking ahead with a hefty batches of newness cooking in various directions. 

Following his awesome atmospheric jungle project Nine Windows with the eminent DJ Trace, Damon is finishing off an album on Metalheadz and has a whole stash of massive collaborations that are nearing competition, including the long-long-long awaited return of Instra:mental productions!

When it comes to dj's fiercely dancing on stage, we instantly think of fake moves executed mainly for the feeds. But that's not always the case. As with Moska - hailing from the small town of Ljubljana but lately more frequently spotted in Graz and even more in Vienna where she currently resides. Her stage moves are enthusiastically honest, but more importantly she doesn't read the floor, she's a part of it - whether she's doing a head noddin' true school hip hop set, a laid back soul-funk soiree or conducting a serious footwork/bass/ghetto/house club workout. Sometimes she even mixes it all up. 
The bio formalities and impressive references: Moska started actively deejaying around 2015 and since then performed in different countries across Europe (Sweden, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Austria ...), on different festivals and radios such as Elevate festival, Impulstanz festival, Ment festival, Radio FM4, Redlight Radio, Radio Helsinki, Res.Radio, Radio Nula, Radio Študent ... She shared the stage with names like Traxman, K-Lone, DJ Fulltono, DJ Innes, MC Sa-Roc, MC Dynasty, FVLCRVM, The Bug and Miss Red. She used to run a weekly radio show called Mishmash Mo’ on the online Radio Nula and occasionally organizes events with her fellow DJ friends. She's part of not one but three collectives that connect her triangle of home bases: Service (Vienna), Whammy (Graz) and Ghetto Trunk (Ljubljana).
Moska truly and thoroughly embodies the classic dj ethos: peace, unity, love and having fun ... and giving it always 100%! Keep it fresshhh.

Our label mascot and good vibes Queen, RAW UNKUT, from Kyiv Ukraine, currently based out of Brooklyn, drops this sick selection of the best drum & bass for our mixtape series. Raw Unkut is the real DIY go everywhere/do everything adventure DJ; we find her travels inspiring and her beat craft and selection unmatchable. Normally she spins anything from dub to techno to d&b, but we were graced with a full drum & bass throwdown on our second mixtape in the series!

RAW UNKUT - Ohm Resistance Mixtape 02 - Kyiv->Brooklyn

The London born DJ @Skain started out rinsing UK garage and d’n’b back in the day when it was all about the Soho basement of Black Market records and being heard on pirate radio. By the early 2000’s excursions to influential club nights such as Nag Nag Nag and the Z-Shed gave him his ambisexual ghetto technique that has permeated his sets throughout the continent.

When DJ @Skain moved to Berlin in 2009 he found a moody electronic scene that was stuck in hamstrung formulaic structures. The time was ripe to create a new counter dance floor culture and so MEGA BUFF was born - a high octane club workout plan that is all about ripping and slicing alternating music styles. Since its inception the MEGA BUFF squad has grown to include DJs, producers, illustrators, beat boxers and they host regular events in and around Berlin.

This podcast explores themes of love, rejection, and sexual favours through a sonic minefield of sub low frequencies, footwork, Detroit booty bass, hardcore, jungle, electro beats, and pornography.
