One of those guitar creations that just sort of happens when the mood strikes. Played on my '65 Kawai teardrop guitar, unamplified through my iPhone with added backdrop of some vocal effects and the melting ice & winter birds.

This is a little piece I put together when was on a mini vacation in Santa Barbara, Ca at the end of June. Fueled by a couple of Anderson Valley Summer Solstice  Ales and grinning with headphones on, it conveys the chill vibes of relaxing and recharging in the summer. I actually forgot it was in my files , so now it’s up to share.

I've always been a fool for 50's/60's instrumental guitar songs, particularly surf stuff like the great Dick Dale. Thought I'd give it a shot at my humble best with this simple little ditty, lo-fi twang.

After just posting an old recording of a surf-type tune a couple days ago I remembered how much fun it was and decided to record a new original that I have had on my mind for a while. Sort of mixes a mild surf rock ditty with some Martin Denny exotica. Just a little fun...the mysterious grip of the wild Moon Lagoon.
