Norbel, the stage name of Francisco Javier Lebron Aponte, is a singer-songwriter, arranger, and audio engineer born on March 11, 1997, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. With roots in Caguas and elite musical training, he represents a new generation of Puerto Rican artists who blend talent, technique, and emotion into a unique sonic identity.

His musical journey began in childhood as part of the Caguas Children’s Choir, where he developed a deep connection to vocal technique. He later refined his skills on guitar and joined the choir of the Escuela Libre de Música de Caguas. He also attended Berklee College of Music camps, studying music production and vocal performance, and was part of the Mare Mia choir at Colegio Católico Notre Dame, where he graduated in 2015.

In 2017, he earned a bachelor’s degree in audio engineering from Full Sail University, developing a trained ear and advanced skills in mixing and mastering. This fusion of performance and technical precision makes him a complete force in the music industry.

Currently, Norbel is in a creative phase, working on multiple solo projects and collaborating with rising voices in the urban genre. His artistic vision, distinctive voice, and technical mastery solidify his place within the new sound of Latin music.
