0860 is a project by Charlie Fieber aka Fracture inspired by London Pirate Radio. The project includes an album, radio station and interview series that explores the history and legacy of Pirate Radio and its importance in the development of UK underground music.

There is also a Pirate Radio Art Print from UTILE and T-Shirts.

Broadcasting now on 0860.fm is an additional 90-min 'Signal Test' ambient album by Fracture.

Over the coming weeks, 0860.fm will broadcast interviews with Bryan Gee, Eastman, DJ Flight, Scratcha, Dextrous, Uncle Dugs, Mantra, Missing, Eddie Peake, Om Unit & Laurent Fintoni, Naina & Sherelle, Stamina MC and more. It will also broadcast lost recordings of original 90s & 00s London pirate station broadcasts from the likes of Kool, Rinse, Pulse and more.

Contemporary Jungle flagbearer Tim Reaper inaugurates the Big Bad Shark off with an aesthetical statement of intent, harnessing echoes of Wax Doctor and Alex Reece from the cosmos and pinning the feeling down with euphoric pads and a ten-tonne soundman b line ensuring that all the lasers are shot from the head into the sky.

Flip for the shimmering amen lash of “Quincy”, as Tim collaborates with Motor City beat smith Nvious to pay homage to Dreamscape tape Bukem.  Another entry certifying the tradition of cross pollination between London and Detroit continues to bear fruit.

"Phil called me up in the early Spring telling me a load of tall tales about apparently having been abducted by aliens. I didn't really know what to believe because the stories were all pretty weird tbh and I can't really go into it here but I'll just say he's soundtracked some of what happened in the form of a set of DJ tools for Astrophonica' This is going to be the third and final Philip D Kick release for Astrophonica to complete a trilogy. What the future holds who knows!"

Kicking off 2023 as we mean to go on Pugilist & Tamen step up for the 1st of a flurry of release’s that we have planned for this year, Luke & Alex emerged on the Melbourne scene in 2016 when they moved from NZ/Barcelona respectively and were united through their love for Drum & Bass/Jungle music The prolific pair have put out music on labels such as 3024, Trule, Tempo Core, Repertoire & Run It Red.
This release sees them cover a wide range of styles all set within 160 + BPM  Jungle / D&B framework “Lithium” sets the tone of the EP with frantic Hardcore Drums underlined by the deepest of subbase’s set against dark & brooding soundscapes.  “Myth” takes things a little deeper but still keeps the energy levels high with 4X4 kicks Jungle Tekno style, accompanied by rolling breakbeats & Lush pads.  “Synesthesia” is more dubbed out affair with tape delayed chords, woozing pitch shifted bass notes and razor sharp break edits. To round off the EP we have killer remix from contemporary Jungle dons Dwarde & Tim Reaper who take the title track up a gear for full on breakbeat Jungle Armageddon !  This is pure sonic weaponry of the highest order all 4 tracks guaranteed to test sound systems enjoy!!

Law makes his debut appearance on Rupture with the 'Patterns EP', which kicks off a new digital only series to keep the beats rolling between vinyl releases.

Musique Nocturne is a new label from @BasicRhythm with the sole aim of bringing you forward thinking, dance floor Drum & Bass. The first release is a pair of tearing amen driven steppers by Basic Rhythm that will tear up any dance floor. 

The lead track, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, opens with lush orchestral strings and a charging amen break before launching into a full on sub bass, amen switch up, punctuated with staccato string plucks. A Midsummer Night’s Dream is both dark and light, serious and playful. This one is guaranteed to devastate dance floors. 

The second track, Shape Without Form, opens with hypnotic pads and a two step drum pattern, before breaking down into the first drop with a growling sub bass and two step push and pull. The track evolves into a rolling conga line and amen tear out on the second drop. This one is a weighty dance floor roller for the heads.
