First single from producer and DJ KimberlaID's The Time Has Come EP - Sleepless is a double-edged track with an early hardcore epilogue and almost jumpstyle overtones. Guided by a candid voice and innocent-looking synths, the lightness of its introduction is a few bars
later supplanted and sublimated by Morpheus terrorcore wrenching the track from its slumber. Suddenly, the solitary voice becomes an epic choral chant, as if projected into the immensity of a dream disrupted by kicks.

KimberlaID - Sleepless

The Time Has Come is an ode to hardcore in all its rich sub-genres, but also a hybrid manifesto full of contrasts, both sonic and emotional.

In this first EP, the producer and DJ KimberlaID plays with polarities, manipulating multiple references to the hardcore scene as she goes along. The chimerical voices of fictitious characters carry us along as we listen to and traverse her universe - or rather, her universes, for they are so multiple. In this EP full of mental images, contemplative melodies gradually clash with synthetic rave textures and meticulously selected kicks to plunge listeners into an ecstatic state conducive to dance. Sometimes gabber, sometimes terror, broken or unclassifiable, each track on the project is a journey where fragments of a shrewd blend of melancholy, sensitive saturation and solitary reveries nestle. It's this delicate alliance that makes this a project that abounds both on and off the dancefloor.

It's already Thursday, and the unmistakable sound of a can being opened during pregame is tinkling merrily. On that good old beer can is a message announcing the release of this fresh explosive project from the banger factory: 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗖𝗛𝗘 𝗞𝗡𝗜𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗘 𝘃𝗼𝗹.𝟭

📀 The concept is a series of hardcore compilations whose flavours can be savoured from the first instalment with its aluminum aftertaste on all platforms 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟰𝘁𝗵. On this various artists, all excesses are allowed; random samples, remixes, abusive distortions and indecent kicks. It's a huge off the beaten track in stolen crossbike.
